"ARE YOU EXPERIENCING STRESS❓"
It was on this topic that a session with Lifeskills was held by facilitators (lecturers) of the "humanistic education" direction for volunteers and employees of the Kyiv regional organization of the TChU.
At this session, the participants are:
- specified types of stress;
- found out how stress is expressed physically and psychologically;
- formed basic tips for overcoming stress;
- conducted practical exercises for a deeper understanding of the subject.
We continue to help strengthen life skills among young people.
